DHS EBA 2012 Update 48: Agreement approved by vote

The new DHS disability agreement has been overwhelmingly given the tick of approval through a recent ballot conducted by the AEC with 97% voting yes.

This agreement will now go before Fair Work Commission in the next couple of days for formal approval. If approved by FWC the agreement will then come into effect seven days later.
